 I do a thing called The 500 Club, where I ask for people to pay £1 a week into a dedicated bank account and then, once £500 is raised, I then send a school £500 of books, of their choice.

I set it up last year, and so far, six schools have benefitted from this wonderful thing!

(I also have more than £500 in the account for the next school, once the school holidays are over). 

With this in mind, @tatsoi.bsky.social got in touch with me on Bluesky and offered to donate £50 towards books for a school, in celebration of Dolly Parton's amazing Imagination Library. 

I thought this was a lovely idea and so I've set this up.

I thought it would help if I kept it separate from the 500 Club, so I can keep tabs on specifically how much money we can raise. Hope that makes sense.
