FINAL UPDATE - Monday December 4th. - The second delivery has now arrived and i'll be posting off the last of the orders today.

The likelihood of any orders from the USA, Canada or Australia reaching you before Christmas is slim, as the cut off date for Economy delivery was the beginning of November, but hopefully one or two of you will get them sooner rather than later

I've received an email from the publisher on Thursday November 16th at 17.09.
"you should be receiving partial supply of your order w/c 20th November. As is stands we are working to a schedule of delivery of the balance for w/c 27th November".
THIS BEING THE CASE I WILL BE POSTING THE BOOKS OUT IN STRICT ORDER FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
SO THOSE OF YOU WHO ORDERED EARLIEST (SEPTEMBER 25-26TH) WILL HAVE YOUR COPIES POSTED OUT FIRST.
